Love it--it's thinner than expected. Fits easily in purse. Just wish I could use the camera with the case all the way closed--and it's a little slippery to hold onto but overall it's great. No regrets.

This is the 6th and last case I've tried for my iPad mini 4, and while it still has significant drawbacks, I find it the least objectionable of the lot. Its keys are reasonably responsive, and the 180-degree rotation available to set the mini 4 at the correct viewing angle is mandatory.
However, the case is overall too bulky and heavy, and the weight that it has should be redistributed to the front, wrist-rest area, so that it would stop tipping over backwards when the mini 4 is placed at the appropriate reading angle for most desks (and I'm average height). Incipio please note that users would gladly sacrifice some battery life if you would make a lighter unit, with the weight distributed to the front wrist rest.

I'm so glad that I held out and waited for the release of this case. The competition has some interesting features (i.e. Backlit Keys) and were first to market, however, the build quality of this case is night and day better than anything else out there I have seen for the iPad Mini 4.
I especially appreciate the articulation capabilities this case offers for the various ways I use my device. In addition to being great for standard typing, it also is great for reading while sitting in my lap. While laying down, I articulate it flat to add additional height to prop on my chest so I don't have the fatigue of holding the iPad for long periods of time. Flipped all the way back I can easily draw using my bluetooth stylus. The added benefit for me is that it fits inside my 7" Platinum - zippered sleeve that holds my cables and stylus which I had purchased to protect my iPad while traveling until I could get a keyboard case.
I HIGHLY recommend this keyboard case!

I love this. Having had two previous keyboard cases from other manufacturers (cheaper), this is completely a cut above. Great build quality with top materials. This does make the case heavy - you might want to if you're a frequent traveller whether you want to carry the extra weight - the weight comes from the milled aluminium keyboard which is very sleek - MacBook air like. But the weight in the keyboard is also genius, because with my other cases their keyboard is too light, when you touch the ipad screen they tip over. This doesn't happen with the Clamcase.
The only annoying thing I've found (hence three stars) is that it keeps disconnecting form the ipad. The way to solve this (after lots of trial and error) is to tell the ipad to 'Forget this device' and then re-establish a new connection when this happens. I'm not sure what causes this but its annoying (possibly iOS updates?).
Other than this - I love it.

Great product. I give 4 stars only because it is still too early in the game for me to really see how the product holds up, but so far it is flawless. Love that I can flip the keyboard back and still use my iPad as a tablet for reading, but then when I need to make a note I can flip the keyboard right back and it is ready to go. Does everything I need, and for that I cannot recommend it enough. I hated that I had to wait so long for it, I was so close on a number of occasions to simply giving up and going with another keyboard that was already available (like Zagg), but am supremely satisfied that I waited until the very end.

This is the case I was waiting for. It connects flawlessly to my iPad Mini 4, lets me use my iPad in many positions, protects my iPad without being bulky, and does exactly what I want. The battery life on the keyboard is excellent - I haven't had to charge yet and it has been 2 weeks. Customer service was excellent in resolving an issue with the first ClamCase I received, which was defective. They got me out a replacement as quick as could be. Good product, good service, what more could I want?

Openings for the headphone and the Lightning ports areas have been enlarged - allows for more options for headphones and lightning adapters for hdmi, vga, usb, and sd card reader.. And yes, I use all these adapters! Really refined and solid construction/quality. It doesn't feel flimsy like other keyboard case makers. Shipping was also quick and I didn't expect it so soon. You made my day!

Finallly ClamCase for the iPad mini 4!! Thank god they fixed the headphone and charging port...now i don't see any problems with it besides needing a backlit keyboard!
