I have owned the ClamCase Pro for about 3 weeks now and I am very satisfied. The ClamCase has allowed my iPad to fully eliminate my need to carry my laptop when I travel. The keyboard arrangement is very elegant and practical, I can type at full speed and avoid the need to touch the screen as much as I choose to by using some of the command keys. My iPad looks so much like a laptop that a lot of people asked me if it was a MacBook Air. The only downside (not to me, but for some of the people who were intrigued enough to try it for a few seconds) was the added weight. The battery in the ClamCase Pro adds quite a bit of weight, but the added weight is needed to stabilize the keyboard in whatever angle you decide to set up the iPad, and gives you weeks of continued use without the need to recharge (I have not recharged mine since I got it). So, it's a necessary evil. In summary, I love my ClamCase Pro and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to use their iPad for professional purposes. (Posted on 6/17/13)

This device is amazing. I would recommend it just based on the infinite number of positions in which it holds the iPAD. But, it also has an unbelievable battery life. I don't know how but after initial charging I have only had to plug it into the charger once. And I purchased it in October 2012. Go figure. Typing is not as fast as laptop or desktop keyboard but MUCH better than onscreen iPAD keyboard. It closes fully around my iPAD and protects it completely. Now I want the Pro! (Posted on 3/22/13)

First off, the customer service here is simply outstanding. We ordered the trooper sent to our home in florida. Husband didn't like the "outback" look of the contrasting colors and didn't feel it was business looking enough. But we could see that it was a great quality case. The functionality, the supreme quality, they thought of everything-truly. We were not expecting to like it so well. We expected it might be too clunky, too thick, with a keyboard that was inconvenient. Not so at all. The case is no clunkier than any other case, in fact it feels pretty slim and compact. The keyboard is fine and they have incorporated little bumpers to protect the keyboard when you use the case flat with the keyboard underneath the iPad. But we didn't like the color. While we were in Michigan for the holiday, we completed an RMA to return the case. Although we had opened the box, they approved the RMA. I called customer service to request an exchange. Without hassle they approved the exchange and had the new case sent to Michigan the following day! We didn't have to wait until they received the old case. All they required was the tracking number. This is quality and customer service like in the good old days. We will definitely purchase again. (Posted on 12/21/12)

I have had the ClamCase for almost a year now and I love it. It is much better to type on the keyboard than on the screen. The battery life lasts a longtime. I bought one previously to this case and did not charge it as instructed to do so. The battery life sucked on it and did not even have 2 hrs of using it. PLEASE CHARGE CASE BEFORE USING IT. I just received my "Trooper" Edition case for the Ipad 2 earlier today. The product is exactly as it was described. I love the ease of use and it greatly protects my Ipad. The "Special Keys" on the keyboard make a big difference from other keyboards. So far battery life is good, I've been on it since I got it. Some people claim that it Does Not Shut all the way....I have to disagree, mine sitting closed on my desktop closes just fine due to the weight of the Ipad keeping it shut the way it should. Overall a wonderful procduct by Clam Case. I will keep this company on my mind for future purchases.
