Please Note: Orders containing items marked for pre-order will ship only when all items are available for shipping. No partial shipments will be made.
We process and ship orders Monday thru Friday 9am to 2pm Pacific Standard Time. Orders placed after 2pm PST will be processed the following business day.
We ship via UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air*, and UPS Next Day Air Saver*
*UPS 2nd Day Air & UPS Next Day Air Saver orders received after 2pm PST will be processed the following work day. Please also note that UPS Next Day Air Saver orders processed on Fridays will be delivered the following Monday. UPS 2nd Day Air orders processed on Thursdays will arrive the following Monday. UPS 2nd Day Air orders processed on Fridays will arrive the following Tuesday.
At this time, ClamCase® only delivers to shipping addresses within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
Please note: ClamCase® is not responsible for items damaged in transit by shipping carriers.
We ship to all APO, FPO, and DPO addresses via USPS Priority. Please note that these shipments cannot be shipped via UPS.
We are unable to ship via UPS to PO box addresses. All orders being shipped to a PO box will be delivered via USPS Priority Mail.
Returns
You may return your ClamCase® purchased from ClamCase.com, including all original packaging materials, within 30 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied.

Returns to ClamCase® will not be accepted without filling out a Return Form
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of shipping.

ClamCase® warrants our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery. Under the 1 year warranty, your item may be replaced depending on the extent of defects.
We will not accept returns on a personalized ClamCase®. ClamCase® is NOT responsible for damage to your ClamCase® caused by customer accident or error.
ClamCase® takes absolutely no responsibility for any damage or malfunction in any implied or expressed warranty or guarantee for your separately purchased Apple® iPad.

ClamCase® One-Year Limited Warranty does not cover misuse, accident, or abuse; damage to any non-ClamCase® product, including, but not limited to device damage or loss of data; customized or custom printed product; product purchased through unauthorized resellers, deal sites (including, but not limited to, Groupon, Living Social, NoMoreRack, DailySteals, DailyDeals, Woot, etc.), liquidation sites, auction sites (including, but not limited, to eBay, Quibids,etc.); promotional items; or incidental or consequential damages. You specifically agree that ClamCase® shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages for breach of any warranty of any type on any ClamCase® product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
Except as set forth above, ClamCase® makes no express or implied warranties and ClamCase® expressly disclaims any and all warranties including any warranty of quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation on how long an implied warranty may last, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state (or by country or province).
For consumers who are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, the benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations.
